The Ebb and Flow of Love
Brooke had her share of phobias that kept her from enjoying life. Her love of music was her only solace. She lived a boring life as an independent interior designer outside New York City. Even her relationship with Michael became apathetic. That was, until he proposed.
Clark escaped the rat race of Wall Street a few years earlier. Although he owned an old farmhouse, Clark lived a nomadic lifestyle in his classic camper. He searched the countryside for something interesting to write about. Relationships were few and far between.
While driving together to a destination wedding, Brooke’s phobias were exposed. Clark somehow calmed her down. He soon became her security blanket. Brooke’s anxiety also revealed her beautiful singing voice. With Clark on the piano, Brooke sang with raw emotion.
Although engaged to Michael, Brooke found herself drawn to Clark. He cracked the dam holding back her passion. It wasn’t long before Clark’s past caught up with him, and it involved her father. Brooke’s phobias were nothing compared to the current fear she faced.
